Safety is a core company value at Dahl Trucking Inc. We are committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees, clients and the public.
We have built a solid safety culture throughout the company by establishing a successful safety program that includes training, inspections, audits, reporting and testing.
- Annual safety meetings are held for all Dahl Trucking Inc. employees. Safety Award Program with bonuses. Weekly news letter are included with payroll checks.
- CSA is monitored, with updates on our scores included in the news letters. Log book training is provided to all our employees.
- We are diligent in our driver requirements and screening before hiring new drivers, including but not limited to 2 years of verifiable driving experience and a good driving record.
- Drug testing programs are in place, from pre-employment to random.
Dahl Trucking Inc. offers a mentoring program that pairs new employees with a mentor. The program provides new employees the opportunity to develop and expand skills, enhance safety practices and to gain exposure to other areas in the transportation industry.
Our safety record includes a number of letters of recognitions and awards for our contribution in working with Companies on job sites to keep employees & the public safe, meeting and exceeding goals set by companies we work with.
