Marlin Dahl

Marlin Dahl is the operations manager: Marlin has 35 years of experience in the trucking industry working for Dahl Trucking Inc. and Blachowske Trucking. His duties involve communicating with prospective customers, bidding and over seeing the day to day operations of the Company He maintains daily contact with contractors and company drivers.

Linda Dahl

While working outside the home, raising three children and assisting in the family farming business she found the time to work with the trucking business in her spare time. In 1993 she decided to join the trucking business full time, assuming the role of office manager.

Andrew Dahl

Andrew grew up in the farming and trucking business, starting at a very young age, working along side his father. He oversees the daily operations of the East Chain Shop and Elmore Truck & Trailer Service. He maintains a hand on approach working with customers and Fleet equipment.

Kent Dahl

Kent Dahl has 35 years of construction and trucking management experience. Kent's experience is in bidding, project management and operations. He also works with customer relations. He gained his experience with Hodgman & Sons. He currently is a construction manager for Tri-State.

Barb Owen

Barb Owen has been with Dahl Trucking for 7 years. She is the Safety Director. She monitors logs, hours of service, violations, accidents, workmen compensation and insurance claims. She is intermental in the planning of our yearly Safety Meeting.

Barb writes a wwkly newsletter that is included with payroll, addressing policy and safety reminders. She speaks with drivers on a one to one basis concerning their personal safety issues and violations.

One of her short term goals in to spend time on job sites, giving her a working knowledge of the job and its safety issues.

Sue Benschoter

Sue has worked for Dahl Trucking/Elmore Truck and Trailer Service for 6 years. She is the primary dispatcher for Dahl Trucking and she also serves as the Human Resources Director for Elmore Truck and Trailer Service.

Sue is in charge of assigning drivers and owner/operators to jobs, finding them repairs when they are working and booking hotel accommodations.

As Human Resources Director she is responsible for employee documentation, drug testing, unemployment claims, and employee files.

Mary Jo Kuhn

Mary Jo has been with Dahl Trucking for 7 years. She is in charge of customer billing and is responsible for receiving and reconcilling drivers paper work, scale tickets and entering them into the billing system to invoice customers.

Marty Schaefer

Marty Schaefer is the CFO for Dahl Trucking. He began with Dahl Trucking Inc in April 2009. He is a Certified Management Accountant and has nearly 10 years of experience serving in senior financial positions in small and mid-sized companies. He is responsible for cash management, financial reporting, and maintenance of the accounting system as well as A/R and A/P oversight.

Jackie Adams

Jackie has been with Dahl Trucking for 2 years. She is in charge of payroll administration and maintenance of personal records as well as working with the office manager on reconciliation of customer payments.
